Last week we attended a Maroon 5 concert in Birmingham. We were supposed to attend last June, but the concert was postponed. We bought standing room only tickets, which meant we had to arrive a couple of hours before the opening performances began. By the time Maroon 5 took the stage, we'd been standing for 4 hours! However, by getting there early, we ended up at the very front of the arena, with only one row of people between us and the stage.
(L) A sold-out crowd in Birmingham. (R) Robin Thicke was the opening act. We'd never heard of him before this concert and didn't care much for his music.

I don't think I could stand that long - looks cool, though!
