Ithaca, Week 2

(L) Lounging in Grandpa's pool; (R) back to Cornell Plantation (can you see Lucas?)

(L) enjoying Grandpa's hot tub;
(R) I've loved meals at Bill's house because it's a family effort, everyone pitches in. Bill and Dave have cooked some great food on the grill.

Aaron's dad is a geology professor. He gave a lecture on natural disasters as part of Cornell's reunion weekend, and we were able to attend. It was great to see him in his professional setting.

One of Aaron's best friends, Ben, and his wife drove from Ohio to see us over the weekend. It was really great to spend time with old friends. These photos were taken on the Cornell campus. It's on a hill overlooking Cayuga Lake, so beautiful.

We went out for dinner at a really good seafood restaurant. Aaron's sister and her husband came with us.
(L-R) Ben, Aaron, Dave, Harmony, Amanda, baby Ethan, Elise

We went out for lunch at Friendly's with Grandma Kay.

Grandpa had never seen Cars, and that is a favorite of many of the grandkids, so he wanted to watch it with them.

Crap. You're having so much fun you'll think our house is boring especially with no hot tub or pool.
