Idaho, Part 1

We went with Grandma to see the geese by the Snake River. Across the river is the Idaho Falls Temple, where Aaron and I were married 6 years ago June 5. (My parents were also married there.)

Lucas has been climbing a lot. This is a better place for him to do it than our house because there's carpet, and it doesn't hurt so much to fall. He climbed up on this footstool, and then tipped it over and got stuck hanging there.

(L) Lucas climbing up onto the couch. (R) Lucas laughing hard at Jack.

(L) Lucas is an adorable, sweet, and pleasant baby, despite all the abuse he takes from Jack.
(R) Lucas can't stay away from cords or any electronics. If you're sitting on the couch with a laptop, he'll come up and grab it. My mom has this old laptop that she let him play with.

(L) One of my best friends from college, Chelsey, came to visit me today. Her wedding is next Friday, and I'm thrilled that I'll actually be in town to attend it.
(R) Grandpa reading Jack's bedtime story.

Jack having a great time throwing rocks into a wheelbarrow.

We miss Aaron a lot! He's been busy, but holding up well. Today he wrote to me:
"I had a yummy dinner with fish, jasmine rice, and the curried stir fry veggies. All of the veggies were real old and border-line rotten, but they tasted alright."
Living the bachelor life again! I can't wait until he joins us here.

Those are beautiful pictures across the river from the temple! The pics of Lucas climbing and getting stuck are hilarious and such a cute video of your boys laughing together!! I'm jealous of you being home - I wish we could go home - I hate the passport office! Come visit us when you get back!

Eww on the Veggies Aaron. Gross.
The boys look like they are having a lot of fun. I'm glad Lucas can play and not get hurt so much.
Happy Anniversary late.
Love the pictures of the boys.

Max laughs just as hard as Jack with the rock throwing. He has watched your videos SO many times. He asked about going to play with Jack and the rocks the other day.
I'm glad you are getting this time at home. It does look fun no wonder you like going so much. Miss you and come home soon!
